Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using QuickClan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

Use License

QuickClan grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the service for your clan management needs, subject to these terms:

• You must be at least 13 years old to use QuickClan
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate QuickClan or another user
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use of the service
• Use any automated system to access the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or related systems
• Introduce viruses, trojans, or other malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to QuickClan. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the service.

You are responsible for the content you post and must ensure you have the rights to share it. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

Subscription and Billing

For paid subscriptions:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You will be charged at the start of each billing period
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are provided at our discretion
• We may change prices with 30 days notice

Disclaimer

QuickClan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of data or content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickClan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of QuickClan after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QuickClan operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
